Ingredients

    4 medium onions, quartered
    fresh mushrooms, medium sized
    4 medium red tomatoes, quartered
    1 large green pepper, cut into quarters and then cut in half



Directions

Using 12 inch skewers, layer the ingredients. (One skewer will hold one onion, quartered, one tomato, quartered, four mushrooms, and four slices of green pepper.) Place on a cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees, until cooked, about 20 - 25 minutes.

Makes 4 servings.
