Introduction
When time is short, a jar of 'Chicken tonight' curry sauce makes a good curry. Serve with naan or pitta bread, mango chutney, raisins, and perhaps a salad. Ingredients

2 medium onions
3 garlic cloves
1 tblsp olive oil
400g leftover cooked chicken, approx
500g jar 'chicken tonight curry sauce' (Knorr)
125g mushrooms (about six medium)
Directions
Chop onions and crush garlic; cook gently in oil until soft. Stir in the chicken and and mushrooms, then add the sauce. Half fill the jar with water, put on the lid and shake it around to loosen extra sauce, then pour into the pan.
Cook on low, stirring, until it reaches the boil, then simmer for a few minutes until heated through. If you prefer it thicker, cook a bit longer to evaporate, or use a bit less water.
Serves 4-6 (nutritional info is for 6 servings)
Eat with rice and/or naan, chutney, raisins, coconut, yogurt, tomatoes, etc
