Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 6 oz pouch of pink Salmon
    1/4 c finely chopped green onions
    1/4 c mayonnaise
    1 TBSP freshly squeezed lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder and dash of ceyenne pepper or black pepper
    1/3 cup finley chopped red bell pepper
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c seaonsed bread crumbs
    3 TBSP butter
    1/4 tsp. season salt or old bay

Directions

Combine first seven ingredients in bowl.Stir in Chicken of the Sea Salmon, egg and 1/3 cup breadcrumbs. Form mixture into 4 balls. Roll salmon balls in remaining breadcrumbs; flatten into cakes about 1/2 inch thick. In skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Fry 3 to 4 minutes or unitl golden brown.
