Ingredients

    40gr Green pepper, fresh
    60gr Celery, fresh
    120gr Cauliflower, fresh
    70gr Broccoli, fresh
    50 Mushroom, fresh
    2tbsp fat free Ranch dressing

Directions

Clean and chop up all ingredients, put in a covered bowl, cover and shake....enjoy!

Makes just over 2 cups. You could split it up as side dishes
