Ingredients

    1 bread roll or hamburger style bun, in two open halves
    1/3 can tuna in water, drained.
    1 tblsp finely chopped onion
    1 tblsp ketchup
    1 tblsp mayonnaise
    1 oz gouda cheese, grated

Directions

Mix the tuna, onion, ketchup and mayonnaise in a bowl, and divide between the two halves of the bread roll. Place under grill (US:broiler) and cook for a few minutes until warmed through. Cover with the grated cheese, and continue cooking until the cheese has melted. Serve.

Makes a quick meal for one person; double or triple the ingredients to serve more people,and omit onions if you don't like them. Can use wholemeal rolls for more nutrition, and serve with a green salad for a more balanced meal.
