    6 sundried tomatoes (dried, not in oil)
    300ml skimmed milk
    1/2 red onion
    2 cloves of garlic
    2 eggs
    Coriander, basil, paprika, chilli, cumin and turmeric or other spices, according to your own preference (just black pepper and salt works fine too)
