Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    6 cups of low-sodium chicken broth
    2 cups each of chopped: celery, potato, carrots, onion, corn
    1 package 6oz of canadian bacon - chopped
    2 bay leaves
    2 cups of skim milk with 2 Tablespoons of flour
    1 ham bone or 6 oz of chopped ham
    3 chicken bouillon cubes

Directions

Chop the celery, potato (with skin on), onion, carrots. Simmer with the chicken broth and boullion cubes. Add the bay leaves with the corn, canadian ham. Simmer for 2 hours. 30 minutes before serving whisk flour in cold milk and add to soup to thicken.
