Ingredients

    Beef, tip round, 16 oz Halladay Farmhouse Barley Vegetable Stew mix, 12 serving
    Carrots, raw, 2 cup, chopped
    Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced (remove)
    *Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes, 1 can
    Beef broth, bouillon, consomme, 4 cup
    Water, tap, 6 cup (8 fl oz)

Directions

cut beef into small cubes and saute until browned on all sides. Add broth, watter 14 oz can of diced tomatoe and Halladay's seasoning. Cov er and simmer for 45 minutes. Add chopped celery and carrots. Cover and simmer for one hour.
