Ingredients

    3 small turnips
    2 parsnips
    2 carrots
    1 leek
    2 T maple syrup
    2 T olive oil
    Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Cut veggies to one inch cubes, toss in syrup, oil and salt and pepper. Cook at 450 for an hour, stirring every 20 minutes.
