Ingredients

    1 pound red potatoes, cut into bite size chunks

    1 med onion, chopped

    1 package deli sliced ham, enough for about 2 cups

    oil, 1 tsp

    fresh parsley

    italian seasoning, 1 tsp

    salt to taste
    2 cans reduced sodium chicken broth (28 oz total)

    4 med carrots, sliced (2 cups)

    2 tsp minced garlic

    2 cans great northern beans, drained and rinsed


Directions

Add veggies, broth, ham, Italian seasoning, beans and garlic to crockpot.

Simmer 6-8 hours.

Add parsley and salt (to taste) and oil before serving.
