Ingredients

    2 cans of tomatoes
    2 onions sliced
    3 dashes of pepper, black
    2 dashes of salt
    2 dashes of pepper, red or cayenne
    1 lb. of beef stew meat

Directions

1. Cook your meat and onions together until done.
2. Then you add the two cans of tomatoes, salt, black pepper, and red pepper.
3. Let it cook until it comes to a boil.
