Ingredients

    3 to 4 pound bottom sirloin roast with all the fat trimmed off

    16 ounces of baby carrots

    1 medium onion, diced

    1 pound of red potatoes, cut into cubes or chunks.

Directions

Trim the fat off of the roast if there is any.

Then get everything together and put it in your slow cooker, cover with water.

Let simmer all day long and enjoy the smell.
