This is a great pot luck dish. My family loves it at Thanksgiving and for summer cookouts.

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 12 oz pkg Rainbow salad mix or if can find brocolislaw
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    3 oz sunflower seeds
    3 oz slivered almonds
    1 pkg Ramen noodles (any flavor - Oriental is the best tasting for this)
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. Rice or White vinegar
    1/3 c. olive oil

Directions

Makes 6 regular size servings

Mix sugar, flavor packet, vinegar, and oil. Set aside. Break up the Ramen noodles.

Mix salad, celery, onion, sunflower seeds, almonds, and broken noodles. Pour liquid mixture over the salad and stir together, coating well. If you are traveling some where you can add the liquid mixture when you get to your party for a less soggy salad.
