Sounds really good. You can also find Mango in a can that is already cut and pealed that still tastes fairly good. - 12/13/08

I was really skeptical - mango & salmon?! We tried it, since my family loves to experiment with new recipes... Every one of us LOVED it. Brilliant dish, will be having it again! - 12/3/11

wow! what a rich recipe. I love salmon but I couldn't eat it with mango. Salmon is very expensive to buy here in the UK so I can't afford to experiment with recipes I'm not sure about. For the same reason I would never grill salmon in my George Foreman, which dries chicken to a leathery mass. yuk! - 4/16/10

I would rather substitute peaches for the mango. Other than that I thought it was ok. - 2/22/11

  • Delicious! I do not care for cilantro so I left it out. I do not feel as if anything needed to be substituted for it. It is also a very pretty dish. I will definitely make it again. - 12/31/08

I love salmon, and this sounds awesome. I would have to probably do it without the mango though. I don't know how to peel and chop one! I can't ever get it to come off that darn seed! - 12/11/08
