Introduction

This could be so much better with fresh sea fruits, but for convenience and time saving this is a good compromise, the can of sea fruits we got had about 250g of drained shrimps and calamars, and it makes for a satisfying creamy and quite fancy looking dish that won't break your budget or calories counting. Ingredients

    - 1 package of pasta (400g)
    - 1 can of seafruits
    - 2 cups of milk, 3.25%
    - 3 cloves of garlic,
    - 1.5 cup of chopped onions
    - 1/2 of a big bell pepper
    - 1/2 cup of chopped cilantro

    Seasoning:
    - 2 cubes chicken broth
    - 1 tsp curcuma or 1/4 tsp of curry
    - 1/2 tsp black pepper
    - 1 dash merquen (or chili powder)
    - 1/2 tsp agar agar (thickener)
    - 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Directions

Chop the onions, dice the garlic cloves and bell pepper.
Put the pasta to cook in abundant water with a bit of salt.
Warm a pan with the oil, switch to medium fire and add the onion and garlic.
After 2 mns add the rest of the ingredients.
Cook for 5 mns then add the milk.
Once the pasta is al dente drain it.
When the milk starts boiling mix constantly for 5 mns, then add the pasta and mix together.
