I made it with 2 cups of Non-fat Greek Yogurt. Yum and upped the protein. - 10/30/09

My grandmother makes this with Lime Jello for every holiday. She calls it Lime Salad and everyone loves it! - 1/11/10

    Good
I attempted a layered thing with the jello/pineapple mix on the bottom, a layer of cream cheese, then the celery & walnuts, topped with the cool whip. This didn't get as wonderful of reviews at ladies night, but I liked it (next time I'll leave off the celery) for a low calorie sweet item. Thanks! - 4/3/11

so you're using the pineapple juice instead of water?. And, how long do you let the jello & pineapplet "set" before adding the additional ingrediants?. thanks : - ) - 10/24/10

how does the cream cheese blend into the already jelled jello? I would love to make this but it sounds like the cream cheese would be chunky. please anyone answer if you would. thank you. - 6/28/09
