Ingredients

    1 lb ham, ground
    1 lb ground pork
    2 eggs
    1 cup dry, plain bread crumbs
    3/4 cup skim milk

Directions

Thoroughly combine all ingredients in large bowl.


Form mixture into 4 equal loaves (each loaf yields 2 servings). Place loaves on jelly roll pan. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.


To freeze extra loaves-- cool completely; wrap each loaf in in plastic wrap then place in Ziploc freezer bag & label.


To use a frozen loaf
Thaw. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees or till heated through. For faster preparation, Thaw, slice and reheat in skillet or microwave.

    I love ham loaf. When I lived in Pennsylvania, I could by the ham and pork all ready mixed but I cannot find it here in Virginia. Now I can make it any time I like! Thank you!!! - 2/16/10
