Ingredients

    4 medium potatoes, thinnly sliced
    2 Cups diced ham steak, approx .75 pound
    .5 Large onion diced
    Pepper to taste
    2t Dill weed
    1 Can Campbells Healthy Request Cream of mushroom soup
    .75 Cup Nonfat milk
    1.5 Cups 2% Milk Shredded Cheddar Cheese, divided.
    .5 Package of frozen peas

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees

Slice potatoes and layer in the bottom of a sprayed 9X13 baking dish. Place in oven while preparing other ingredients, or about 10 minutes.

Dice Ham and onion and combine. Add pepper and Dill, Soup, milk and .75 cups of cheese to ham mixture and combine well.

Remove potatoes from the oven and mix in ham and soup mixture. Cover and return to oven for 45 minutes.

Remove cassarole and carefully mix in peas. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and return to oven, uncovered for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and peas are heated through.

    Very Good
    My husband and I enjoyed this recipe. I substituted broccoli for the peas becasue he is focusing on eating hihg-fiber veggies and that worked fine for us... - 5/23/09
