Ingredients

    Quaker Plain Corn Grits, 1 cup
    Water, tap, 4 cup (8 fl oz)
    Cheddar Cheese, 2 cup, shredded
    Egg, fresh, 4 large
    *Pork Sausage, 5 patty, cooked (raw dimensions: 3-7/
    Milk, 2%, 4 fl oz
    Butter, salted, 4 tbsp
    Salt, 1 tsp

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 13 x 9 inch dish with non stick cooking spray. Bring water and salt to a boil. Add grits. Cover and reduce heat to simmer for 5 minutes. Brown sausage and drain. Beat eggs and milk together. Add egg mixture, 1 cup cheese, and butter into grits. Mix well. Pour into casserole dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake for about an hour or until cheese on top is lightly browned.
