Introduction

I had everything to make a Caesar salad, but I wanted to add protein and had no chicken! So I added egg instead!

Ingredients

    1.5 cups salad greens (I used arugula)
    2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
    2 tbsp parmesan cheese
    2 tbsp seasoned croutons
    1 tbsp Caesar dressing

Directions

Put the salad greens on the plate. Next add the cheese and then eggs. Top with the croutons and then the salad dressing.
