Introduction

These crackers are easy to make and can be changed by adding different spices These crackers are easy to make and can be changed by adding different spices
Number of Servings: 49

Ingredients

    1 cup Flaxseed Meal
    1 Cup Water
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp garlic powder

Directions

Mix all ingredients and le sit for 10 minutes.
Coat a 13x9 cookie sheet non-stick spray
Spread the mixture evenly on cookie sheet
Using a spatula, cut into 9 columns and 5 rows
Bake at 250 for 1 hour
Makes 40 crackers

    Oh my goodness! Thank you so much for posting this! I hated giving up crackers, esp when I started eating the celery and soft cheese. The celery just doesn't cut it for me. These will be perfect for the cheese. I did add about a tbsp of garlic and salt seseame seeds. Very flavorful. - 3/5/11

    Are these supposed to be crispy?? After 2 attempts these were moist, especially on the bottom. How do you store them? The salt seemed too much, even using Morton Lite salt. My husband is not sure he likes these. - 1/5/15

    Very Good
    I tried a flaxseed cracker the other day at a local farmers market but they were charging abominable prices for them. I can't say how happy I am to see this here! You go LLTS01 :) - 2/7/10
