Are these supposed to be crispy?? After 2 attempts these were moist, especially on the bottom. How do you store them? The salt seemed too much, even using Morton Lite salt. My husband is not sure he likes these.
Oh my goodness! Thank you so much for posting this! I hated giving up crackers, esp when I started eating the celery and soft cheese. The celery just doesn't cut it for me. These will be perfect for the cheese. I did add about a tbsp of garlic and salt seseame seeds. Very flavorful.
