Ingredients

    3 cans tomatoes (no salt added)
    3 cloves garlic (Diced)
    1 medium onion (diced)
    3 stalks celery (diced)
    2-4 Cups Vegetable Broth
    1 Tablespoons Basil
    1 Tablespoon Italian Seasoning
    salt/pepper (I used Garlic Salt)

Directions

Saute the onion, celery and garlic in olive oil (I used olive oil spray). Add tomatoes and simmer until warm. Puree in a food processor . Put back into soup pan and add Vegetable Broth until the soup is at an enjoyable consistency. Add spices and bring to a boil. Serves about 6.
