Introduction

A great dip for any occasion. We like it served with Triscuit style crackers. A great dip for any occasion. We like it served with Triscuit style crackers.

Ingredients

    2 packages reduced fat cream cheese, softened
    8 oz feta cheese, crumbled
    10 oz frozen spinach, drained and patted dry
    2 T Greek rub/seasoning mix
    4 oz. sun dried tomatoes
    1 T. Olive Oil (if desired)



Directions

Mix cream cheese and feta cheese. add in the spinach and greek rub. Continue to mix thoroughly. Line a small mixing bowl with plastic wrap. Place about 1/3 of the mixture into the mixing bowl "smooshing" it along the bottom. Top with the sun dried tomatoes and then remaining mixture. Chill until firm. If desired, lightly toast pine nuts with a tablespoon of olive oil. Once cream cheese mixture is firm, turn over onto serving plate. Lightly press pine nuts around the top of the torta.
