Introduction
I created this casserole when I was pregnant with my daughter and living with my siblings who were picky eaters. It's great to throw together on a busy night and is wonderful to heat up for lunches the next day. We customize portions to each family member's tastes to include mushrooms, olives, or whatever else they want. Our friends and family request this dish regularly. It's definately a favorite around here. I created this casserole when I was pregnant with my daughter and living with my siblings who were picky eaters.
