1 Box Spice Cake Mix
1 8 oz Cool Whip, thawed
1 egg
Directions
Yields approx 36 cookies
Beat egg with a fork in a large bowl. Mix in Cool Whip. Stir in cake mix. Some small lumps are fine. Chill in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven 350 degrees. Scoop dough with table spoon and use a second spoon to scrape onto a cookie sheet (or use a small scoop like Pampered Chef). Space the dough "balls" two inches apart on the pan. (The cookies don't spread a lot). Bake 10-12 minutes until bottom of cookie is slightly browned.
