Introduction

This great bread is made with oatbran as well as brown sugar. I use 3/4 cup chocolate chips instead of the hershey bar. I have also cut down the sugar to 1 1/2 cups and it is still fabulous. Ingredients

    1 1/2- 2 cups brown sugar
    1 cup unsweetened applesause
    1/4 cup oil
    4 eggs
    1 can solid pumpkin
    1 1/2 cup oat bran
    1 1/2 cups wheat flour
    1 tsp salt
    2 tsp baking soda
    2 tsp baking powder
    2 tsp cinnamon
    1/2-3/4 cup chocolate chips




    Cream together 2 cups brown sugar, applesauce, 1/4 cup oil and eggs.

Directions

cream together sugar,eggs, applesauce and oil. Add can of pumpkin and mix for 3 minutes. Add dry ingredients mix and add chocolate chips. Spray pan with Pam and cook till toothpick comes out clean.
