Ingredients

    1 c frozen triple berry mix (unsweetened)
    1/4 c Fiber One cereal
    Splenda to taste
    2T Cool Whip Free

Directions

Place cereal in a bowl, cover with berries, sprinkle on splenda to taste. Microwave 4 min or until berries juice. stir and serve with a dollop of cool whip.
