    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 can diced tomatoes(drained)
    1 c. bulgar
    2 c. water
    2 beef bullion cubes
    1 garlic clove, chopped
    soy parmesan cheese


brown the ground beef and onions, drain any grease.

mix in a casserole dish with the rest of the ingredients.

Add seasonings to taste.
Bake 350 degrees for 30-40 min

sprinkle with soy parmesan cheese

  • This is really good. We replaced the hamburger with ground turkey to reduce calories and used Mexican spiced tomatoes for a little more zing. Really good taste. Thanks. - 3/10/10
