Ingredients
-
1 8oz. package of Neufchatel Cheese
2 oz. nonfat milk
Worcestershire sauce
Tabasco sauce
salt
garlic powder
Directions
Remove cheese from foil packaging and place in microwave safe mixing bowl. Microwave for 30 sec. to make it easier to mix.
Add milk and mix with electric beater on low-med low. When well mixed start adding other ingredients. Two shakes of worcestershire (or more if you like), roughly 1 Tbsp of garlic powder (again, more if you like), 2-3 shakes of Tabasco and between 1/8 and 1/4 tsp salt. Mix on med low with electric mixer. If you want it a little thinner, like a dip for veggies, just add a little more milk, but be careful...there's no way to fix it if you make it too thin.
It is done to taste. If you like it more spicy or want more garlic flavor, then by all meas, add more!
