Introduction

This is a yummy low calorie, low fat treat. Tastes just like real pumpkin. You may want to adjust splenda to sugar ratio, it's a little sweet as is. This is a yummy low calorie, low fat treat. Tastes just like real pumpkin. You may want to adjust splenda to sugar ratio, it's a little sweet as is.

Ingredients

    Cooked Mashed Pumpkin or 1 can pumpkin
    Fat free evaporated milk
    Package of powdered gelatin
    Splenda
    Cinnamon
    Sugar
    Salt
    Ground Ginger
    Ground Cloves

Directions

Pour .5 cup cold evap milk in bowl, sprinkle gelatin on it to bloom.
While it's blooming put all remaining ingredients in pot.
When it starts to boil add the gelatin mix, whisk for 5 minutes.
Turn off and pour into desired shell, I used graham cracker crust.
