Ingredients

1 cup celery, sliced thin
2 large asian pears, 25 ounces, cored and diced
1.5 ounces toasted almonds, chopped coarsely
1.5 ounces dried cranberries (craisins)
1/4 cup kraft light mayo
1 tablespoon baslamic vinegar
Directions
Bring a 1/2 cup of water to a boil. Turn off and add cranberries. Let steep until cranberries are soft (10 minutes). Drain cranberries, reserving liquid.
Boil down liquid to approximately 3 tablespoons. Let cool slightly then whisk into the mayo.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss. Add mayo cominbination and toss again. Drizzle the baslamic vinegar over the salad and toss again.
Makes 6 cups or twelve half cup servings.
