Ingredients

1 small knob of fresh grated ginger
1 tsp orange, grapefruit or lemon zest (peel)
1/2-1 tbsp honey
Any kind of herbal tea, African roobois being especially good.
Directions
Grate your ginger into a cup, add your orange zest and teabag of choice, pour boiling water over it and let it steep until it's cool enough to drink. You can strain the zest and ginger out if you prefer.
