Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    7 oz - Light Coconut milk (half of a 14oz can)
    2 small Bananas - diced
    1/2 C Brown Sugar - packed
    1/2 tsp. Salt

Directions

Heat Coconut milk to boiling.
Stir in bananas, brown sugar and salt.
Reduce heat to medium.
Cook for 5 min., stirring occasionally.

Makes 4 - 1/4 Cup servings.

Tastes great mixed into cooked oatmeal or even over a scoop of vanilla ice cream...or just by itself.

    Very Good
    Delicious! It was a nice, warm treat to relax with after a long day. Thinking about adding this to some rice as well as some ice cream as mentioned. - 2/26/11
