    Kraft Mayo Light Mayonnaise (Mayo), 2 tbsp
    Horseradish, 2 tbsp
    Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, .5 cup
    Parsley, 2 tbsp
    Scallions, raw, 2 tbsp chopped
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 2 breast, bone and skin removed

    Kraft Mayo Light Mayonnaise (Mayo), 1/4 C.
    Plain Fat Free Yogurt, 1/4 Cup
    Milk, nonfat, 2 TBSP
    Horseradish, 1 tbsp
    Dijon Mustard, 1 TBSP
    Paprika, 1 tsp


Serving: 1/2 breast (3 oz) with 3 tablespoons sauce

Combine the mayonaise and horseradish; spread over chicken. In a shallow dish, combine the breadcrumbs, parsley and onion. Roll chicken in crumb mixture to coat. Place in an 11 x 7 x 2 inch baking dish coated with non stick spray.

Bake uncovered at 425 for 25 - 30 minutes or until no longer pink. In a small bowl, combine the sauce ingredients. Slice chicken and serve with sause.
