Ingredients

    2 medium eggs
    1.5 oz fresh spinach
    1/4 cup 2% shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

Place pan on stove to preheat on medium.

Combine spinach and cheddar cheese in food processor.

Combine eggs and spinach/cheese mix in bowl.

Fluff eggs.

Scramble eggs as normal and serve.
