Introduction

A great light dessert, low in sugar and great for diabetics. A great light dessert, low in sugar and great for diabetics.

Ingredients

    2 pkgs. .3 oz sugar free strawberry gelatin
    2 pkgs 8 oz fat free cream cheese
    1/2 container Cool Whip Free
    1 Reduced Fat Graham cracker crust

Directions

Mix strawberry gelatin in 1 cup boiling water til completely dissolved. Allow to cool til thickened but not set. In a separated bowl combine cream cheese, Cool Whip, and thickened gelatin til smooth. Pour into graham crust and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
