Ingredients

    4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts (close to 2 lbs.)
    4 TBS. Butter
    1/4 to 1/2 Cup Lemon Juice
    3 tsp. Minced Garlic
    1 tsp. Paprika
    1 TBS. Dried Dill Weed
    Salt / Pepper to taste
    2 Cans Mushrooms (drained)
    Brown Rice

Directions

Crock Pot (chicken can be frozen OR thawed)- Place all ingredients, except brown rice, into crock pot with 1 cup of water (a chicken bouillon cube is optional and not included in nutritional information). Cook on low for 7-9 hours (or until Chicken is done). Serve over brown rice.

Stove top (chicken must be thawed)- Add all ingredients into the pot, except the brown rice, and simmer 20 min. or until chicken is done. Serve over brown rice.

Brown rice is not included in the nutritional info.

My family likes lots of mushrooms. One can can be used instead of two.

    This is in my crock pot as I write this, it smells heavenly! ummmm lemon! It will be ready to eat, at lunch time!
    Ok it's done now! I really like it! My dh who is a picky eater especially with trying new recipes LOVES IT! It's a winner here!

    I made this recipe for my family and it was absolutely delicious and very easy, I made the recipe w/o any changes except is shredded the chicken with two forks before serving over rice ! Making it for the second time tomorrow ! - 12/16/15
