Ingredients

    6 - 4oz fillets
    or
    12 - 3oz fillets
    1/4 cup of Honey
    1/4 cup of Mustard

Directions

Preheat oven to broil at 400 degrees or on Hi
Line cookie sheet with foil
Mix Honey and Mustard in a bowl
Coat both sides of Flounder with mixture
Lay fillets out on cookie sheet
After all fillets are on cookie sheet, pour remaining mixture over fish
Broil for 10 minutes
Serve and Enjoy! ----Makes 6 servings
