Ingredients

    2 very ripe medium bananas,1/4 cup lemon juice,2 tablespoons fat free vanilla yogurt,1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

peel the bananas and rub the flesh with lemon juice.wrap each banana seperatey in aluminium foil and freeze for at least 2 hours.break the bananas in pieces and place in blender.add the yogurt and extract and blend until smooth.
