    1/2 pound thinly sliced pork loin
    5 carrots thinly sliced on bias
    5 stalks celery thinly sliced on bias
    1 red pepper thinly sliced
    2 heads nappa cabbage shredded
    1/2 cup soy sauce
    5 tablespoons natural peanut butter
    3 cloves garlic
    1 tbs finely shredded ginger root
    1 tbs hot chili oil
    6 green onions thinly sliced

    1 pound cooked whole wheat spaghetti


In a large pan.. Heat chili oil then add pork stir fry until done. Add celery, carrots, peppers, garlic, stir fry til fragrant. Add the soy sauce and peanut butter mix well.

Add in the cabbage and green onins once off the heat along with the ginger root.

Add to hot pasta and enjoy
