    1 slice light whole wheat bread

    1 ½-Teaspoons cream cheese

    1-Teaspoon basil pesto

    ½-medium tomato, sliced


1. Toast the bread until golden brown on both sides. Leave to cool.

2. Mix together the cheese and pesto until well blended. Spread on the toasted bread.

3. Arrange the tomato slices, overlapping on the toast and season with salt.
