Ingredients

*Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz
1 Celery Stalk medium Diced
Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
Garlic powder, 2 tbsp
Chili powder, 2 tbsp
Salt, 1 dash
Jalapeno Peppers, 1 pepper Diced
Red Ripe Tomatoes, 4 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Diced , Pureed or However you like
Beans, black, 1 (16 Oz Can) Drained and Rinsed
Lemon juice, 1 tbsp
*Kraft Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese, 1/4 cup
Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz)
1 can corn non drained
2 cubes beef bullioun
Directions
Makes 6-8 servings at a 2 cup serving
1. Heat pan over medium high heat; add turkey, onion, celery& garlic and cook
2. Drain off any excess fat.
3. Add corn and cook until browned Add Water and cubes
4. Add Jalapeño, tomatos& beans & corn and combine thoroughly. Add Seasonings & Lemon Juice.
5. Heat to boiling, stirring often.
6. Reduce heat to low& simmer, stirring occasionally, for 30 minutes, or Until Chili is to your desired consistency.
7. remove from heat.
8. Serve topped with cheddar cheese.
I add the tomatoes and jalapeno into my magic bullet and puree them and then add them to the chili i leave one tomato out and dice it and throw that in. I only add sugar if the Jalapeño is too hot for my kids to eat it tones down the heat.
