Ingredients

    4 cups Ready Pac Mixed Salad Greens
    4 tbsp miracle whip lite
    2 tbsp lemon juice
    1 tbsp water
    1/8-1/4 tsp cajun seasoning
    1 cup salad shrimp
    2-3 slices/rings red onion

Directions

In a small bowl mix miracle whip, lemon juice, water and cajun seasoning together. Toss together onion, salad greens and shrimp in a separate dish.

Divide into two bowls and then drizzle dressing on top.
