Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    Turkey breast meat, 40 ounce(s)
    cranberry orange sauce, 32 oz
    Onions, raw, medium
    2 lbs of baby red potatoes
    Garlic, 3 cloves

Directions

Slice garlic and put under turkey skin.
slice onion and place ontop of turkey
Add 2 lbs of potatoes
Top with cranberry sauce
cook 4 hours on high or 8 hours on low

    Incredible!
    This is a fabulous recipe. I've made it several times for special occassions, always to rave reviews! I use 1 16 oz can of jellied cranberry sauce, 1 16 oz can of whole-berry cranberry sauce and 1 cup of oj. The leftover broth is wonderful for soup. - 1/21/10
