Mix beaten eggs, milk, salt, pepper and mustard. Layer bread, ham and cheese alternately in bottom of shallow dish. Pour egg misture over all and refigerate overnight. Bake at 325 degrees for one hour. You can saute a green and red pepper and scallions and add to egg misture for a little color.

  • Great taste! I might be doing this recipe for a whole week. I tried checking your websites Anie and all I can say is that, both sites are overloaded with different kinds of recipes and napkin folding tutorials. Are you familiar with http://www.foodiamond.com ? I think they're all related together. - 2/29/12

  • Actually I tried it first before posting my response here. I also enjoyed the recipe. The taste is good and very satisfactory. I also want to suggest these sites where most of my delectable recipes came from.
