Introduction

Easy casserole to make for company! Easy casserole to make for company!
Number of Servings: 15

Ingredients

    eggs ,8
    milk, 2cups
    salt and pepper, 1 tsp
    1 tsp dry mustard
    bread,8 slices
    cheese, 2cups
    ham or sausage, 1 cup

Directions

Mix beaten eggs, milk, salt, pepper and mustard. Layer bread, ham and cheese alternately in bottom of shallow dish. Pour egg misture over all and refigerate overnight. Bake at 325 degrees for one hour. You can saute a green and red pepper and scallions and add to egg misture for a little color.

The nutrition information does not include dry mustard. It shouldn't change the fact much!
