Introduction

I just love white pizza so I tried to come up with a healthy version loaded with veggies. You can put just about any veggies you want on this, zucchini, onion, summer squash, spinach...play with it to your liking. Ingredients

    1 Arnold Sandwich thins, multi-grain
    1 oz lite ricotta cheese
    1/2 tsp. olive oil
    Italian seasoning
    garlic powder
1/4 c. chopped sweet peppers (yellow, green, red)
    1/4 c. finely chopped broccoli
    2 cherry tomatoes
    1/4 c. canned mushrooms
    1/4 c. Kraft fat-free mozzarella

Split the sandwich thin in half. Spread each half with half of the ricotta cheese and then half of the olive oil. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and garlic.
