Ingredients

    1 lb pasta
    1/2 cup olive oil
    4 garlic cloves, minced
    1 tsp crushed red pepper
    italian flavored breadcrumbs (optional)

Directions

Saute garlic in oil until golden brown. Cook pasta el dente. Toss pasta in garlic and stir in breadcrumbs if desired.

    Easy to make, can be served with a healthy salad full of greens. Glass of red optional ;-) - 11/14/11
