Introduction

I altered a cookbook cupcake recipe and came up with these nearly fat free tasties!! I altered a cookbook cupcake recipe and came up with these nearly fat free tasties!!
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1/2 c white flour
    1/2 cup whole wheat flour
    2/3 c sugar
    3/8 c cocoa powder
    5.8 cup skim milk
    3/8 cup applesauce, sweetened
    2 oz plain nonfat yogurt
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 vanilla extract
    1/4 tsp baking powder

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl. Add nuts or chocolate chips if desired and mix until well distributed.

2. Bake at 350 degrees in greased cupcake pan for about 15-20 minutes or until top bounces back when lightly touched.

3. Remove, cool, enjoy.
