    1 Lemon cake mix
    1 can Diet 7-up


Mix one boxed lemon cake mix with 1 can of diet 7-up, mix well.
Pour into lined muffin tray, 2/3 full.
Bake according to box directions.
Makes 24 low fat yummy moist lemon-up cupcakes! I like them with no icing but a low fat alternative to regular icing is 1 pack dream whip with 1 small pack of fat free vanilla pudding or simply sprinkle cupcakes with icing sugar.
